A vinegar from grapes of the predicate level "Trockenbeerenauslese". In the highly value-full juice of these grapes, the typical balsamic vinegars boiling is totally unnecessary, because the concentration of flavors and fragrances already took place naturally on the vine. For this vinegar, the juice of dried berry grapes was fermented and aged for many years in oak barrels. The vinegar is presented in a naturally light brown, with a taste and smell of the utmost elegance and mild aroma game.
